My 30th Birthday Dinner

My last big birthday celebration was when I turned twenty-one. Since having kids, the only parities I have been thinking of are Blue's Clues, Minnie Mouse, ETC. We have been going up to the strip often and kept seeing signs for the Sugar Factory opening in March. I really wanted to go there as soon as it opened, and while Jerome and I were talking about it, he decided this would be a great place for me to have a fun night out with friends. That's exactly what it was. So on March 30th, at 8:30, we celebrated my 30th birthday!!!

The Sugar Factory was amazing and had the best desserts. Dessert pizzas, fondue, and of course a King Kong Sundae came out to fill our tummies. My girls are the best and made this birthday one of the best ever!

Shark Reef

Jackson is obsessed with dinosaurs these days and since we can't find any around anymore, why not go to the Shark Reef and get the next best thing...crocs and lizards. I wasn't sure it would do the trick but I was wrong. Jackson found a Compsognathus!!! For those of you that don't watch Dino Dan on Nick Jr. you are missing out on what a Compsognathus is. Anyway, he and this little lizard had quite the bonding experience.




Jordan was much more interested in the jellyfish and eating her snacks. O




This is another milestone for Jackson because up until today he would never walk over the glass floor. Today not only did he walk on it, but a shark swam under him and he chose to lay down and take a good look at the shark.

Pizza Time!!!

Homemade pizza making beats out any delivery anyday. Not only does our family have fun making it, it actually tastes amazing too.



Jackson loves making pizza and he has found the trick on how to keep everyone away from eating his...he has sampled it all even before it is cooked.

Skate Night!

Iverson has Skate Nights at Crystal Palace every few months. A lot of kids from my class were going so I thought we could try it out and see how the kids do. Jordan loved watching all the action and Jackson was eager to try it. We rented his skates and he was up and ready in no time. Jerome and I were a little worried about him falling...and I was worried about falling on him (I am not the best skater either)



Jackson went around and around with me holding on to him and by the end of the night he was able to just hold my hand. It was so cute to see him try and the kids in my class loved helping him too.

Sean's MyGym Birthday Party

Happy 3rd Birthday Sean. Jackson's friend Sean tunred three, so we helped him celebrate at his birthday party at MyGym.

Town Square

Fun nights out with the kids at Town Square. Can't wait for spring and summer so we can go there more often.
